Every line is drawn by hand by Ela, on a tablet, from scratch, rooted in Ottoman and Turkish heritage. Each design starts as Ela’s story. What you make with it becomes your own. Commercial Licence for Cutters and Tools
The legal right to sell finished clay pieces and tool impressions made with LushClayCo cutters and tools at markets, in your online shop, and at craft fairs. Your licence is active while your membership is active. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your commercial rights expire immediately with no grace period. Any active sales listings must be removed upon cancellation.

Exclusive STL Files
Two STL files released exclusively to Studio Licence members. Not available on MakerWorld, not in the public shop, and not available to Signature Series members. What you make with them is yours to sell. What they can’t access, they can’t compete with.

Early Access to Drops
New collections and limited editions reach Studio Licence members before anyone else. If a design sells out during early access, it will show as out of stock on the site by the time it goes public. You had first pick.

These are not cutouts. Every design carries a name, a heritage, and a story that started with Ela and ends with something entirely your own. Hand drawn, never vectorised, never mass produced. Certain designs on lushclayco.com are available for purchase to active Studio Licence members only. These designs have no STL file and are never released publicly. You must be logged in with an active membership to purchase. Nobody else can own what you have.

Licence terms
This licence covers physical product sales only. Finished clay pieces and tool impressions made using LushClayCo cutters. Digital redistribution, sharing, gifting, or destashing of cutter files is strictly prohibited under any circumstance.
Your commercial licence is active only while your Patreon subscription is current. If your membership lapses or is cancelled, your commercial rights expire immediately at the time your Patreon access ends. There is no grace period. Any active sales listings must be removed upon cancellation.
The Studio Licence does not extend to reselling or sub-licensing the cutter designs themselves. Each licence is personal and non-transferable.
