All sizes listed for polymer clay cutters are approximate and given in millimetres. Minor variation is normal and part of the handcrafted nature of 3D printed cutters.

Rinse your cutter with warm water after use and allow to air dry completely before storing. Avoid acetone, harsh solvents, or prolonged heat exposure as these can affect the material over time. Store flat or upright in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

About This Design

Where tradition meets the studio

Zerrin means golden in Ottoman Turkish. This hatayi polymer clay cutter takes a pointed oval outer silhouette and fills it with a dense symmetrical composition: a central diamond lozenge at the mid section, curved leaf forms with fine vein lines flanking each side, dot clusters at the shoulders, and a small pointed crown at the top. Every element is resolved and contained within the outer form. Pairs beautifully alongside Tuba for layered Ottoman earring compositions.

The pointed oval with symmetrical hatayi interior is one of the most versatile compositional formats in Ottoman decorative art, appearing across Iznik tile borders, manuscript illumination and woven textile repeats where its elegant proportions made it adaptable across every scale of work.
