With the licence you can

- Sell my cutters, physical or printed from my files
- Sell, share or pass on my STL files, paid or free
- Print my cutters for anyone else
- Upload my files anywhere, or redraw them as your own
Without an active Commercial Licence, everything you make with my cutters and files is for personal use only, including pieces made with free files.

Make
Cut, stamp and press with any LushClayCo cutter or file, including the free ones and the exclusive monthly file.
Sell
List and sell what you make for as long as the licence is active. If you cancel, you stop listing from that date. Sales already made stand.

Before you join.
Do I need it for pieces made with a free file?
Yes. Free and paid files come under the same personal use licence. Selling anything made with them needs an active Commercial Licence.
Can I sell the cutters I print?
No, never, with or without the licence. The licence covers the pieces you make, not the cutter or the file.
What happens if I cancel?
Your selling rights end on the day the licence ends, so you stop listing from that date. Anything you sold while it was active stands. You keep the monthly files you received, for personal use.
Does it cover cutters I design in LushKesim?
No. LushKesim is the app and has its own tiers. Selling what you design in the app is covered by Usta.
Can I get a refund?
No. You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again.
